Delete your Block Arena data
Block Arena doesn't ask you to sign up. It creates an anonymous player account for you, identified by a random Privacy ID. You can delete that account, and everything our servers hold for it, at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Block Arena and go to Settings → PRIVACY → PRIVACY & DATA, or tap Privacy on the Home screen. If a Google privacy form opens first, make your choices or close it; the Block Arena privacy panel opens next.
- Tap DELETE MY DATA, then tap TAP AGAIN TO DELETE to confirm.
- When the app says “Done”, your server data has been deleted. If it also says an internal account record needs an operator step, we'll remove that remaining record; email us if you'd like confirmation.
If the app can't reach our servers, nothing is deleted: try again when you're online, or email us. After a successful deletion, the next time you open the app while online it starts a new anonymous account; if you've stopped playing, uninstall the app after deleting your data.
By email
Email privacy@playblockarena.com with the subject “Delete my Block Arena data” and include your Privacy ID. You'll find it in Settings → PRIVACY → PRIVACY & DATA, under “Your Privacy ID”. It isn't a password; it only identifies your game data.
Before deleting, we may ask a question to confirm the data is yours, for example about your player name or recent play. We'll then delete the data and confirm by email, within 30 days. Please also uninstall the app, or it will start a new account the next time it connects.
Never send us your recovery code or any password. We will never ask for them.
If Google Play says the player is under 13
Block Arena is for ages 13 and up. If Google Play tells the app that the player is under 13, the game won't run, and the app deletes what our servers hold for that device automatically, the same way DELETE MY DATA does. If it can't reach our servers, it tries again the next time it's opened. A parent can also email us to ask for deletion.
If you no longer have the app
- If you saved a recovery code: reinstall Block Arena, restore your player in Settings → PLAYER RECOVERY → RESTORE PLAYER, then delete in the app.
- If you set up your new phone from an Android backup: the game may restore your player automatically. Check Settings → PLAYER RECOVERY, then delete in the app.
- Otherwise: email us what you remember, such as your player name and roughly when you last played. Player names are public, so a name on its own isn't enough for us to delete an account; without your Privacy ID, or a way to restore your player in the app, we may not be able to find your data or confirm that it's yours.
What is deleted
Everything our servers hold for your Privacy ID, including data moved to it from an earlier install by player recovery: your anonymous player account and its sign-in records; your player name; your leaderboard scores; the cloud save of your progress; your collectibles, items and item history; your lives and reward receipts; your player recovery records; and optional gameplay statistics, if you allowed them.
What is kept
- A record that the deletion happened (the Privacy ID, the type of request, when, and how many records were removed), kept for 36 months so we can show the request was handled.
- Your game on your phone. Your progress stays on the device, but items and collectibles that belonged to the deleted account are reset there. To remove everything from the phone, uninstall the app or clear its storage (Android Settings → Apps → Block Arena → Storage → Clear storage).
- Crash reports. Reports the app sent to Google's Firebase Crashlytics aren't linked to your Privacy ID, so we can't find them with it. Google deletes them after 90 days.
- Advertising data held by Google. Deleting your Block Arena data doesn't delete information Google collects for ads. You can delete or reset your advertising ID in your device settings (on most devices Settings → Privacy → Ads) and manage ad personalization in My Ad Center.
- Technical logs and backups. Logs kept by our hosting providers (for example IP addresses) are deleted on their own schedules, and deleted information can remain for a short time in our hosting provider's backups until they are replaced.
- Data from earlier versions. Statistics collected before October 2026 by a retired system are kept read-only until August 2028 at the latest. To have them deleted sooner, email us with the “Legacy Privacy ID” shown in the in-game privacy panel (it appears only on devices that ran those versions).
More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
